Catalog description

This course provides an overview of the basics in theory, concepts, models and applications of Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS)-based remote sensing. It includes foundations of photogrammetry, light ranging and detection (LiDAR), radiometric calibration, geometric correction, ortho-rectification, geo-referencing and mosaicking etc. This course focuses on implementation of various UAS sensors and imagery in environment, agriculture and surveying related projects and applications. Corequisites: GEOG 483L .
