Catalog description

A study of the anatomical, biochemical and physiological factors in the mammary gland that regulate mammary development, milk synthesis and secretion, and impact milk quality and udder health. Machine milking settings and troubleshooting related to milking efficiency, animal handling in the milking parlor and milking procedures will be also covered. Corequisites: DS 413L . Notes: Even Fall.
