Students will acquire the skills necessary to evaluate a variety of real estate investments through exposure to the terms, issues, and topics associated with commercial real estate. Students will become familiar with the unique investment structures, institutional features, and jargon associated with the field of real estate. Prerequisites: FIN 310 . Registration Restriction: Junior standing.
