Catalog description

The study of the potential water quality impacts of agricultural practices and systems, human activities, and natural processes. Contaminants of focus will include nutrients, salts, biological contaminants, and others. Impacts and potential remediation or prevention actions will be studied. Students will design remediation or prevention methods or systems based on current knowledge and technologies. Registration Restriction: Junior standing.
