Provides basic theory and application of semi-conductor devices. Emphasizes design, construction and troubleshooting of diode and transistor circuits, amplifiers, and power supplies. Lecture: 3.0 credits (45 contact hours). Laboratory: 1.0 credit (30 contact hours).
