Catalog description

This course is a survey of English/British literature from its inception to the end of the eighteenth century. Emphasis is placed on representative works and writers of this period and on the literary, cultural, historical, and philosophical forces that shaped these works and that are reflected in them. Prerequisite: ENG 102 English Composition II Code A - AGSC approved transfer courses in Areas I-IV that are common to all institutions.
