Advanced Acting for the Camera

Advanced Acting for the Camera is an intensive, pre-professional level course designed for students who have completed foundational on-camera training. Students will navigate the technical demands of acting on a film set while drawing upon acting fundamentals. Emphasis is placed on advanced technical proficiency including multi-camera setups, complex blocking, continuity, and coverage. Students will master professional-level audition techniques and work with challenging material and complex characters. 3 credits Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
