Catalog description

Voice for the Actor is a study of breath and vocal work that will inform explorations to develop awareness of the voice and body and how that connects to vocal energy. This will foster breath support, range and stamina. Students will learn the basics of vocal anatomy as well as develop skills for healthy vocal usage. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1 or Freshman 2 may not enroll. Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Theatre or Acting.
