Catalog description

This course focuses on the development of vocal performance techniques through training in aural and sight-singing skills including solfege, rhythmic notation, ear training, tempo, meter and dictation. Students will expand their understanding of harmonic progression, body alignment, muscle memory, and technical accuracy. Basic piano skills will also be covered. Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Musical Theatre.
