Catalog description

This is a graduate level course relating to the application of constitutional law, contract law, and tort law to the sport industry. The course will also provide a legal framework concerning negligence, liability, and risk management issues pertaining to the venues where sport/entertainment takes place. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
