Catalog description

An introductory course to legal and regulatory factors governing sport management, programs in intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics. The course provides a frame of reference for the areas of liability, negligence, and risk management within the larger legal field. Also, it is designed to give some understanding of the scope and pervasiveness of law and sport. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
