Catalog description
Children with autism are among the most difficult students to teach. They require carefully planned, meticulously delivered, and continually evaluated and analyzed instruction. This course provides an overview of researched-based instructional strategies used to teach students with autism spectrum disorders. The course discusses interventions strategies for both the general and special education classroom. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
