Catalog description

This course introduces safety management students to applied safety research utilizing analysis of evaluative data and statistical procedures applicable to the safety field. The course includes discussions on databases, sampling techniques, and statistical and survey tools. This course will introduce students to data interpretation and how to prepare applied safety research documents. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
