This course is designed to provide the candidate with an examination of the issues related to working with the public facing school administrators. Topics covered include: conflict resolution, working with diverse populations within the school and community, working with the structure of t he district and community, developing strategies to resolve conflicts between students, students and faculty, and with members of the community. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
