Mediating Conflict in Organizations

Catalog description

This course assists students in understanding ways of managing conflict in schools and community. Attention is given to the consequences of intergroup and intragroup conflict and ways to establish productive, collaborative intergroup and intragroup relations. Case studies of conflict are used to foster skills in conflict mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
