Univariate Statistics or equivalent or consent of instructor. Contexts, purposes and techniques for evaluating educational or other programs. Evaluation design, information collection, analysis, reporting and uses of results of programs ranging from individual lessons to nation-wide, multi-year projects. Special emphasis on evaluation requirements of local, state, and federally funded programs. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
