Catalog description

This course will focus on the world''s leading educational systems. Special attention will be given to the expansion of education since World War II. Education is being used by the developed countries for social, political, cultural, and economic improvements in the poor countries of the world. The theories, practices and approaches used will be discussed and compared. Each student is expected to choose a developing country and show the changes, methods and approaches taken to bring about broad improvements through education. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
