Catalog description

Examination of the various administrative tasks in light of established organizational models and leadership theories. The student will be introduced to a variety of theories, models, and concepts that have pertinence to the field of educational administration. Emphasis will be placed upon the methods of theory construction and the development of a theoretical orientation to the solution of administrative problems. The course draws heavily upon research done in the behavioral sciences. Restricted to consent of department. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students. Enrollment limited to students with the SPECIAL APPROVAL attribute.
