Teaching of Language Arts in Secondary Schools

Catalog description

The development and refinement of teaching competencies particularly related to instruction in secondary school language arts, including English. The course also emphasizes English curriculum, teaching strategies and methodologies and the use of media in content presentation. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment limited to students with the ACCEPTANCE - TEACHER CANDIDACY attribute.
