Catalog description

This course surveys the role of neural mechanisms on the development, diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders. The biological basis of neurological and psychiatric disorders will be explored using integrative approach that includes genetics, nueroanatomy, chemistry and physiology, development, environment, behavior, culture and evolution. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2, Sophomore 1 or Sophomore 2 may not enroll. Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Psychology, Psychology or Psychology.
