This course covers the foundations of quantum mechanics, including the basic postulates, Schrödinger equation, Dirac notation, operator formalism, spherically symmetric systems, angular momentum, spin, and identical particle statistics. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
