Electric fields and potentials of charge distributions and polarized materials, magnetic fields and vector potentials of current distributions and magnetized materials; electric and magnetic energies and application of Maxwell's equations. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
