Disability Sport

Catalog description

This course is designed to educate students on the role of disability sport across the lifespan in schools, communities and competitive programs. Students will study the impact of sport organizations from a local to national level that provide sports for individuals with disabilities. The students will look at history, the current movement, the sport opportunities and further trends in this ever changing field of study. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
