Foundations of Online Teaching and Learning

Catalog description

The course is designed to provide learners opportunities to understand the foundations of distance education. Students will be able to demonstrate competencies and skills to apply instructional strategies to develop curriculum that meets the needs of distant learners. In addition, students will be able to use various assessment methods to evaluate student learning through distance education. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2, Junior 1, Junior 2, Sophomore 1 or Sophomore 2 may not enroll.
