This course introduces the multi-faceted responsibilities of the scope and practice of school nursing. Content related to leadership strategies, school law, and the legal and professional responsibilities of the school nurse are emphasized. content addresses the need for the school nurse to work within the school organization and the community to effectively manage school health services, while collaborating across disciplines. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
