Catalog description

This course focuses on evidence-based practice for the prevention and treatment of cardiac disease. Students appraise cardiac diagnostic studies, treatment, and interventions for effective interprofessional care for patients with cardiac disease. The effect of health disparities on cardiac disease is explored. Enrollment is limited to students with a major in Nursing or School Nurse Certification. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
