Nursing Leadership

Catalog description

This theory-based course introduces students to the principles of leadership in nursing. Emphasizing evidence-based practices, ethical decision-making, team dynamics, and systems management, students will develop the skills necessary for effective leadership in diverse healthcare settings. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Nursing, Nursing or Nursing 1+2+1.
