Complex Nursing Care Clinical

Catalog description

This precepted clinical course provides hands-on experience in managing patients with complex and multisystem health issues in high-acuity healthcare settings. Students work under the supervision of a registered nurse preceptor to apply advanced nursing skills, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Nursing, Nursing or Nursing 1+2+1.
