Woodwind Methods Field Experience

Catalog description

In this course, students will complete field experience with a focus on teaching individual and/or group instrumental lessons in the public schools, supervised by university faculty who are certified music educators. Acceptance into Teacher Candidacy. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment limited to students with the ACCEPTANCE - TEACHER CANDIDACY or MUSIC UPPER DIV REVIEW STATUS attributes. Enrollment limited to students with department of Music.
