Computer Technology in Music

Catalog description

This course will introduce students to the technologies that are prevalent in the music and arts world today. Students will study the history of music and technology and work with today's computer music technologies such as, DC-Rom and MIDI, as well as creating software through the use of the program Hypercard. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment limited to students with department of Music.
