Field Experience IV: Secondary Music

Catalog description

In this course, students will complete at least 60 hours of field experience in secondary school settings, with a focus on ensemble rehearsing under the direction of the secondary school cooperating teacher and university supervising faculty. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment limited to students with the ACCEPTANCE - TEACHER CANDIDACY or MUSIC UPPER DIV REVIEW STATUS attributes. Enrollment limited to students with department of Music.
