Catalog description

The practical aspects of learning to conduct the instrumental ensemble. Students will focus on developing expressive gestures to enhance the basic techniques. Score study, acoustical properties of the instruments, ensemble precision, balance and intonation will be addressed. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
