Music Production & Promotion I

Catalog description

An introductory, experiential course in music production. Students will observe and assist in various aspects of preparing and presenting music performances, including stage management, technical production (audio and video), and marketing/promotion. Emphasis is on learning team roles, observing professional practice, and providing support under supervision. Students gain foundational understanding of artistic, technical, and administrative aspects of production while beginning to develop professional skills for collaborative success.
