Catalog description

This course continues building upon the concepts of diatonic dominant function from Music Theory and Analysis II, expanding to the full range of harmonic progressions within the diatonic scale. Through analysis, composition, model counterpoint, orchestration, and arranging, students will apply these methods to representative works from several historical stylistic periods.
