Catalog description

This course begins the transition from cadet to officer. Focus is on organization of the Army, command and staff functions, officer and noncommissioned officer evaluation system, military law and development of training. Students participate in a staff ride to a significant military battlefield. Includes a lab. ++ Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
