Introduction to Computer Forensics

Catalog description

This is a fundamental course which covers computer forensics. This class covers methods and tools for gaining forensic information from computer systems and networks. It includes case studies of cyber crimes as well as the application and management of cyber forensics. The course introduces students to forensics tools using hands-on experience and the Internet. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
