Management in dynamic, complex organizations requires a deeper understanding of human behavior and processes in the workplace. This course will improve students' management practice by exploring these dynamics through a variety of conceptual, theoretical, and practical perspectives including self-assessment. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
