Training and Development

Catalog description

Training and development as a human resource management function supporting organizational strategic planning including: training needs analysis, training program objectives, training methods, management and organization development methods, program evaluation and cost-benefit analysis, and training budgeting. Current trends in training and development will be covered including computer based training, competency based training and cross cultural training. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
