Managerial and technological issues that are necessary to understand and implement quality assurance programs including human resource development, strategic planning, management information systems, cost effectiveness, implementation procedures and statistical quality control. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
