Catalog description

This course is an intermediate thermofluids course focusing on compressible gas flows. Through the semester students will learn the meaning of compressible flows, along with analytical analysis techniques to characterize compressible and high speed flows in engineering systems such as aerospace propulsion, airfoils, or pneumatics. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
