Catalog description
The Capstone class integrates the knowledge, skills, and professional competencies acquired throughout the program. The course will challenge students to apply critical thinking and analytical reasoning, ethical judgement, and strategic problem-solving strategies to real-world issues facing the Homeland Security Enterprise. Students will also refine their professional communication abilities by developing resumes, cover letters, and interviewing skills. Through a series of case studies, projects, papers and presentations students will refine their written and oral communication skills. Enrollment is limited to students with a program in Homeland Security.
