Research and Writing Seminar

Catalog description

This class is the capstone course for all history majors. In it, students will have the opportunity to synthesize their learning in the history program. They will apply content knowledge and use the research and writing skills they have learned. Students will produce a major research paper based on both primary and secondary sources. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
