This course is to develop a systems-thinking approach to healthcare. It will focus on topics such as healthcare strategic management, managing change, enterprise-wide planning and training, dealing with vendors and other stakeholders, EHR/EMR implementation and healthcare policy appropriate to the organization and beyond. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
