Course provides a practical overview of the legal aspects of managing a hospitality and tourism business. Case studies and current topics are used to facilitate students understanding and application of legal and risk management concepts. A preventative approach is emphasized. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students. Enrollment limited to students in a Master of Science degree.
