Course focuses on the process of performance management as an effective tool in employee development and retention, and provides students with an understanding of how and why performance management can contribute to creating high performance guest service organizations in Hospitality and Tourism. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students. Enrollment limited to students in a Master of Science degree.
