Catalog description

An integrative course for detailed study of current issues in hospitality, event management and tourism with emphasis on unique and imaginative solutions to the challenges facing the hospitality and tourism profession. Must be a senior to enroll. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2, Junior 1, Junior 2, Sophomore 1 or Sophomore 2 may not enroll.
