This course examines a systems approach to continuous improvement processes in healthcare settings. Quality and process concepts and theories examined in this course are guided by data and processes at the unit and organization levels that reach beyond regulatory and accreditation compliance. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
