Advanced issues and theory of cartographic design are discussed. Cartographic applications include flow maps, bivariate statistical mapping, cartograms, interactive maps, and map animation. Includes a lab. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
