Catalog description
Basic elements of computer-assisted thematic map design are discussed. Cartographic projects serve as a means of applying major concepts such as map projections, data classification, color theory, and qualitative/quantitative symbology. Includes a lab. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
