Math and Science in Early Childhood Learning

Catalog description

Students will apply theories of child development to the implementation of math and science in the early childhood curriculum. Using a constructivist approach, students will plan and implement activities designed to enhance cognitive development in these areas. Students will become aware of available materials for teaching and assessment. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
